We invite you to participate in our January fitness challenge – our indoor triathlon! This is a fun way to kick start the new year by adding a twist to your workouts. See the link below for the full informational packet to complete the indoor tri. If any of these activities are out of your comfort zone take a peek as we have added some additional exercises that can be done in their place.
Tracking sheets will be available at the front desk – turn in your daily mileage reports and we will track your progress for you!
All participants will have one month to complete their Indoor Triathlon. You may do it in a day or throughout the month. Grab a friend or family member, and get 2021 off to a great start!

Each participant receives a winter style hat after the completion of their triathlon.
