Group Exercise
The Y offers 60+ fitness classes for adults at all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
No registration required! All classes are complimentary with your membership. Class schedules change month to month. Must be 16 years or older to participate.
Personal Training/Coaching
Did you know? Every new member receives 2 FREE personal coaching sessions with one of our certified personal trainers!
Do you need help in getting from point A to B? Do you need someone to help you stay accountable? We are here to help you regain control of your health and fitness journey with personalized programming. When working with a certified personal trainer, you will receive expert planning, motivation, and assistance in the gym.
Better Balance
This 4-week, gentle on the joints class, focuses on improving balance through exercises on core work, strength, and balance. This class is intended for seniors.
