Frequently Asked Questions

  • Footwear. Closed-toe shoes are required (such as tennis shoes, running shoes, hiking boots). No sandals or flipflops.
  • Clothing. Wear comfortable clothing as you will wear a harness the length of the trip. Short shorts are not recommended, as they are not comfortable while wearing your harness. Please avoid loose clothing (scarves, skirts, etc.). Dress for the weather forecasted. Since we do operate in the rain, be prepared.
  • Hair. Long hair needs to be tied back.
  • Jewelry. We strongly suggest that all jewelry and body piercings be removed.

Yes. All Sky Tours Zipline guests must complete and sign a waiver form before participating. Participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian.

Yes, we operate in the rain. However, the course will be closed if management finds the weather unsafe for tours. If we know in advance that we will be closed, we will contact you via the contact information you provided when booking. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule
your tour for a date no later than 12 months following your original tour date
Reservations are non-refundable (including in the event of inclement weather) with the exception of
medical reasons. If tours are canceled by the customer at least 24 hours prior to the
scheduled tour time, or in the case of inclement weather, customers will be given the opportunity to reschedule
their tour for a date no later than 12 months following the original tour date.
Unfortunately not. Because the harness and lanyard create additional pressure on the abdominal area, zipping during pregnancy is not permitted.
